We pride ourselves on punctuality. However, if your package arrives later than the estimated delivery window, simply email us at hello@eryveo.com. To make up for the wait, we will send you $1 cashback plus a $5 discount coupon for your next order.
In extremely rare circumstances (less than 0.01% of orders) where unexpected logistics issues cause a delay exceeding 60 days, we will issue a full refund immediately. If the delayed package eventually shows up at your door, it is yours to keep absolutely FREE!
For the Rest of the World (International):
For destinations not listed in our "Selected Countries," deliveries occasionally take between 35 and 45 days depending on local postal services. All international orders are fully tracked. If transit time exceeds 100 days, we will provide a full refund or ship a replacement using a different carrier, depending on your preference. Just like our other policy, if your original delayed order arrives after the 100-day refund has been processed, you get to keep the items for free.

Order Processing Time

ERYVEO ships worldwide, but certain international customs authorities mandate specific identification details to clear incoming parcels. If you live in one of the countries listed below, you must include your required ID number in the Notes Section during checkout.

Important Notice: Customs officials verify this ID number before releasing your goods. It must match the recipient's name exactly. Failure to provide this information at checkout may result in customs holding or returning your package, causing significant delays.
